This package is perfect for parents who need a solid night’s sleep or simply a night off to recharge, knowing their newborn is in caring, competent hands. Experience a full night’s rest with my “Overnight Newborn Care Package,” designed to support both breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding mothers through the night. I provide attentive, professional care tailored to your family’s preferences, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead!
  • An initial 20 minute phone call to discuss the evening I’ll be staying overnight
  • 3-20 min phone calls (up to 16 weeks of age)
  • Kari Poppinz Newborn Sleep Guide which will include- Insights on the science of newborn sleep, age appropriate sleep expectations and goals, an understanding of newborn sleep safety to help you make informed decisions, strategies to establish a routine that harmonizes feeding and sleeping to cultivate predictability in your days and special soothing techniques that I have refined over my years of caregiving and motherhood.
  • Flexible Feeding Support: Whether you’re breastfeeding or using formula, I adapt to your chosen feeding method to provide seamless care throughout the night. For breastfeeding moms, I will conveniently bring your baby to you when it’s time to feed or, if you prefer, assist you in coming to the nursery. After feeding, I take over by burping, changing, and soothing your baby back to sleep, allowing you to return to bed with minimal disruption.
  • Complete Nighttime Care: For non-nursing mothers, I handle all of the baby’s needs overnight, letting you enjoy an uninterrupted sleep. You won’t have to wake up until the end of my shift, unless you choose to.
  • Additional Assistance: During downtime, such as when the baby is sleeping or while mom is nursing, I can help with other tasks like washing bottles or handling the baby’s laundry. This ensures that not only is your baby cared for, but also that little day-to-day tasks are managed.
