Who is Kari Poppinz anyway? Meet Kari… a seasoned nanny and a dedicated mother based in Colorado. Kari combines her extensive professional knowledge with her personal experience as a mother to create magic for families. With her last nanny position, she guided parents through the process of sleep training using the popular Check and Console Method. A parent’s praise—”You could really make something of this sleep training that you do!”—inspired Kari to become certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. This certification was just the beginning, leading her to create Kari Poppinz, a business showcasing an à la carte of her talents and expertise. However, Kari Poppinz is more than pediatric sleep consulting; it’s a collection of services that reflect the things Kari loves most about working with families, offering a broad spectrum of support tailored to each family’s needs.

We worked with Kari for our second kiddo, who was 5 months at the time. We had a good understanding of sleep training as we did it without a trainer for our first. However, we had just gotten back from international travel and our little one’s schedule was all over the place, we had a short timeline before we returned to work, and we were so tired! Within ten days, Kari had our little one going from 25 minute naps to 90 minute naps and from waking 4+ times in the night to waking once for a quick feed. She was extremely timely in her responses and worked to problem solve each new hurdle! We are grateful for her help and SO GRATEFUL for the sleep!!
