We worked with Kari for our second kiddo, who was 5 months at the time. We had a good understanding of sleep training as we did it without a trainer for our first. However, we had just gotten back from international travel and our little one’s schedule was all over the place, we had a short timeline before we returned to work, and we were so tired! Within ten days, Kari had our little one going from 25 minute naps to 90 minute naps and from waking 4+ times in the night to waking once for a quick feed. Kari’s sleep consultation was life changing! Before, my 9 month old daughter was waking up at least twice a night to nurse but sometimes every 1.5-2 hours and I was a zombie. Kari wrote out such a clear plan that we were able to implement it before our first meeting with her and baby girl slept through the night (11.5 hours) on night 1! Now, two weeks in and she is still sleeping through the night and yesterday she even napped in her crib! Kari provided an easy to follow path which she catered to our girl and our comfort level with crying and the whole family is happier because of it! Forever grateful!
